Posted this in the DS-thread at shoryuken, and i thought that i would
try here aswell.

Ok, so i got the PCB and installed it in my te-s stick. The
passthrough funktion works great, and i get inputs from all the
buttons and directions in pc-mode and ps3. HOWEVER!

Every, and i mean, every button mapping is wrong (in pc and ps3)!
xguide gives UP, RIGHT gives MP and the list goes on and on. I solderd
the piggyback cable to the pins underneath the ribbonconnector on the
main PCB on the TE (exept for the xguide, which i solderd to the
xguide-pin on the pcb next too the turbopanel.) I have checked and
dubblechecked, but i cant find anything wierd.

Someone else with this problem? I haven't tried to reload the
firmware, but i will try that. And what if that wont work? Should i
write down what button gives what wierd input and resolder?

Hi!
Please first try to reinstall the firmware and reconfigure the DS. If that does not solve the problem, please download the MemoryTest Firmware <http://svn.combo-convention.de/filedetails.php?repname=dualstrike&path=%2FFirmware%2FReleases%2FMemoryTest.zip&sc=1> and follow the attached instructions. Then please post the result here for further analyzation.

Bye,
Michael

Which Dual Strike do you have? V3? Then install the non-SMD firmware (the name is misleading by now).

Bye,
Michael
