Major PC and PS3 problems!

My PC reads my Dual Strike V3 stick as a "USB Input Device: That can
not start (code 10)". I can't configure my stick and I can't update
it. When I try, the CMD menu, says, "Device not found".
The directional stick on my PS3 works, but only 2 buttons work, only
LP and MK. Also, when I plug my stick into the PS3, it automatically
goes to the "turn off system" and there's nothing I can do to exit it,
besides shutting off the console OR using another controller to bring
up the "turn off system" screen while I plug it in.

You have a Dual Strike V3, and after installing did you have these problems immediately or after some amount of time?
