Dual Strike not working

I made a custom arcade stick recently with seimitsu parts and Dual
Strike V2 PCB. It worked fine for 2 days, but it suddenly stopped
working for absolutely no reason.

I have checked the connections with multimeter and tried to get into
firmware update mode, but my PC isn't even recognizing the device. I
have also tried it with different USB-cables.

Is the PCB broken? It seems so, but I did nothing that could have
caused it. It just stopped working yesterday after after I was playing
Touhou with it.

It seems the PCB is broken. It might have suffered an electric surge because of static electricity or a memory cell has gone bad, there are several possibilities of rarely occurring faults. I suggest to contact the vendor you got it from to get a replacement.
