my teasy_dual strike just went weird on me. The A button is acting as
the Square button when plugged into the ps3. Ive tried a roll back to
3.2.0 no luck. Any ideas of what I could do?

Hey,
I would suggest using the configuration editor to make sure everything is set and correct.
Reflash up to 3.3.1 and use the configuration editor below:

Plug your stick into your PC with SELECT held down after you run the configuration editor, the RED light at the bottom right should turn GREEN. Then download the current info, set everything as you like and reupload it to the device. After that, try on your PC with HK held down to verify on your PC that the button assignments are correct. I believe square (PS3, or X on 360) should be button #5.
Try that, then test on PS3 again.
