Firmware for dual strike

my dual strike is locked in ps3 mode and i the link to the dual strike
overview isn't working for me to download the config editor and
firmware updates. please help me!

if anyone could even possibly send me the files i would greatly
appreciate it ^_^

The Dual Strike Overview page is in review by Google, no idea what is the problem.

now my dual strike isn't even recognizing on my pc for me to update,
could it have just gone bad? i made sure to ground myself before
working on it every time and made sure nothing is wired wrong within
the case.

That's possible, you should contact your dealer for an exchange.
