With Marvel's King in Black event creeping ever closer, Venom is about to take center stage in the Marvel Universe. Venom is currently bonded with Eddie Brock, but the alien symbiote has been connected to more than one character over the years. In the original canon, Venom's first host was Peter Parker, debuting in his famous black suit. However, th 3026e five-issue mini-series Deadpool: Back in Black shows that Deadpool may have been Venom's initial contact with humanity.
Cullen Bunn, Salvador Espin and Ruth Redmond's Deadpool: Back in Black opens in the 1980s when Peter Parker is trying to rid himself of the symbiote. The loud vibration of church bells breaks the bond between them. The black goo that had been Peter's suit pulls him to safety before melting into the floorboards due to exhaustion and the overwhelming exposure to human emotions. Slowly, the symbiote builds up strength thanks in part to a kindly janitor who feeds it treats. A team of alien bounty hunters, led by Killer Thrill, arrive to try and take the symbiote to a buyer. Venom barely escapes and seeks out a familiar life signal.
Meanwhile, Deadpool is in the middle of his own battle when Venom slithers in and bonds with him. As Deadpool admires his new fighting ability in the symbiote suit, he recalls an event from Deadpool's Secret Secret Wars #3, by Cullen Bun, Matteo Lolli and Ruth Redmond. According to Deadpool's memory, he was involved in the epic space battle with Marvel's greatest heroes. While in space, he put on a symbiote suit first. Afterward, Peter Parker walks in and tries the suit on for himself, and brings it back home.
Now combined with the symbiote suit, Deadpool retains his own fighting and healing abilities and adds a variation of Spider-Man's web-shooting. This new Venom is driven to "play hero" as he searches the city for criminal activity. Finally, he stumbles across the Power Pack and Obnoxio the Clown who need help fighting off alien lizards.
After consuming the enemy, Deadpool swings through the city and is mistaken as Spider-Man by Black Cat and Kraven the Hunter. As Deadpool deals with the confused Black Cat then fights Kraven, Venom starts to make it perfectly clear to Deadpool that it has a lot of unresolved anger towards Spider-Man for wishing to end their connection.
Deadpool's new spidey-like sense tingles, alerting him that the real Spider-Man is in danger. They find an injured Spider-Man being held captive by Killer Thrill. As the pair fight against the alien bounty hunters, Deadpool and the symbiote internally battle over if Spider-Man or Venom was in the wrong for the breakup. Venom wants to eat Spider-Man but Deadpool points out Venom's controlling nature may have clouded its judgment about Spider-Man's motives.
When the bounty hunters are sent packing, Venom disconnects itself from Deadpool and seeks refuge back in the church where it healed after separating from Peter Parker. Feeling a lingering connection to the lonely and hurt creature, Deadpool follows it to make sure it is safe. He contemplates the myriad of emotions the symbiote suit left with him, including Venom's feelings of love and admiration for Spider-Man. This may explain part of the reason Deadpool has heart-eyes for Spidey and an ambiguous heroic code. With its good feelings remaining in Deadpool, all Venom has is anger, hurt, and emptiness. The perfect combination for a villain.
Sitting outside of the church, Deadpool sees a distraught Eddie Brock enter. Deadpool hopes for the best for both the man and the symbiote, as the two fated creatures meet inside. It is possible that Deadpool may be pulled into the battle with Knull, given this personal connection to Venom. When the King in Black arrives, Eddie Brock may not be the only one who experiences life-altering changes.

During 1984's MARVEL SUPER HEROES SECRET WARS, Deadpool was introduced to an alien symbiote that went on to become Spider-Man's black costume and eventually, Venom. Okay, maybe that really took place retroactively in 2015's DEADPOOL'S SECRET SECRET WARS. But the point is, it happened!
Now, did you know that after Peter Parker rejected the costume, but before it found Eddie Brock, it went slinking back to Deadpool on the rebound? And they went on adventures together? You didn't? Well, you do now! Thrill to Wade Wilson's 1980s adventures in symbiote-sitting!
First, he'll be seduced by the Black Cat's semi-criminal wiles! Then, it's Deadpool season in Kraven's second-to-last hunt! But full monochromatic madness ensues when the black-costumed Spidey swings by! You've never seen a symbiotic relationship as dysfunctional as this!
Deadpool is not immortal nor does he have the healing factor he had in the comics. Deadpools gear can't compare to the Panther's, armor. Deadpool given his showing can't even hurt Panther, Given how long it took for Deadpool to grow his one hand back. Black Panther should be able to not only beat him but scatter and incapacitate him indefinitely.
Stalemate in my opinion Because panther never removed anyone's limbs in Civil War that would be would of character all he did was Slash and stab which deadpool would heal from and deaspool Wouldn't he able to hurt panther unless he removes the helmet
I don't understand why people think Panther stomps. Deadpool is very skilled with his weaponry and has solid CQC skills as well. To top it all off, he has a healing factor to significantly increase his durability. So I could definitely see Panther winning, but what makes this a stomp?
No one is stomping. Both hit people hard enough to send them flying. Both have CQC well above peak human. One is basically invulnerable but on can heal through any demonstrated attacks the other has. 9/10 Stalemate. 1/10 times DPS removes the mask and kills BP that way. That is the real difference here. BP can lose his invulnerability, DP can't lose his healing factor.
Panther in a good fight. Deadpool isn't too far behind in physicals and has a much better healing factor to boot. However Panther is ahead in pretty much all other factors and Deadpool can lose in conditions outside of death, like incap or potentially KO.
The fight isn't until death like everyone seems to think, Panther KO's him, or he slashes at him multiple times, as he likely wouldn't be going for the kill since he has morals, and notices that the wounds are healing abnormally fast so he would likely fight with looser morals knowing that he would heal from it and go for deeper slashes or delimbing, I'm aware he never delimbs in civil war but that does not mean he doesnt have the capacity to. I do think panther has a strength advantage as well since in civil war Panther out muscled cap when he grabbed his shield and pulled it down despite cap fighting it the whole way. Panther has the damage output to incap or KO Deadpool, and since this isn't a fight to the death, that counts as a win.
@harbingerofmomz: I can agree on BP incaping Deadpool but Deadpool only gets k.o'd once through out the entire film and that was because he got impaled and restrained to a several foot long steel pole.
All of his gun skills mean little against an opponent who is completely bulletproof and impervious to any damage from Wade's swords. Without sufficient striking or the ability to hurt him with piercing damage his only hope would be putting him in a lock of some kind, which given T'challa has contended with WS's bionic arm isn't happening.
black panther wins , considering the fact that pocket knife was easily penetrated deadpool's skull which caused him disoriented & hallucination and vibranium claws which marked it's scratch on cap's shield . Could easily ripoff deadpool's skull and take out his brain if he have to .
