How to install stressapptest on Centos 7

Hello, I'm wondering how to install stressapptest on Centos 7. It is not available via the regular yum install. All I can find is another app called stress.

yum has worked before, as "sudo yum install stressapptest" but I don't have a current centos machine.

You can also just download and build the source as in: 

https://github.com/stressapptest/stressapptest

stress appears to be a synthetic load tool similar in concept to stressapptest, but without explicit memory checking. I haven't heard of it before but it seems potentially useful for system validation.
