Different --forceGT vcf on the same cram causing different sites calls besides the forceGT sites.

I was running Strelka by using different --forceGT vcf files on the same cram. No doubt, I got all the forece call sites in the --forceGT files, but I also got different call sites which are in neither of the --forceGT list, Wondering why? Tried run Strelka one more time without --forceGT, result matched one of the previous runs, other than the force calls of course.

Puzzled.
