I've organized our work into 3 projects:

1. Web Pressence - getting our home page and blog up to date.  We need real contact us links, and remove made-up info, correct domain, etc.
2. Pilot Software - getting the prototype ready for our Pilot test starting March 12.
3. Partner Organizations - "sell" partners to get them on board with running a pilot test.
