Hi all! I'm back from my vacation.

Are we still on for Wed at 5:30? Michael has been making some great
progress on the mobile client - it looks much closer to the original
design now.

We're using the bascamp ToDo list to track everything we need to
accomplish before our March 25th trial. You should take a look at
that before Wed so we can discuss how things are going,

Hello, 

I'm unable to make it to the meeting tonight, actually. It conflicts with a social media conference going on tonight at Groundwire. 

Firstly, welcome back, Mike. I hope Florida was a good change of pace. 

Secondly, I wanted to say how great it was to connect with everyone last Thursday at Fado. You're good people. 

As for our project, momentum has been flagging, but I think we can still pull off a trial run towards the end of the month. If we can't connect with a partner org, I say we go rogue and recruit 10 individual homeless folks to work with to get some data/validation then move forward.

 

Here's what I'm working on this week (and some specific requests for individuals):

1. Continuing Partner Outreach: Largely unsuccessful so far, but I have a couple more leads to follow up on this week, including connecting with the Pike Place Buskers Guild (thanks, Michael!). Please continue to send along any contacts/orgs to reach out to.

2. Website Content: I have drafted a couple of bits of content for our website and hope to have things finalized over the weekend. 

@Everyone: Please send over to me a short 3 - 5 sentence biography for an "About Us" section along with a JPEG profile picture. 

@Dani/Kristine: If I sent you some things over the weekend, do you have some time to integrate the content with our design (i.e.: where/how things should go on our website, etc.)?

 

3. @Ryan: Still interested in helping to storyboard/produce a little video? Let me know if you want to work on it together. I can meet you at Motore if that's easiest. Also, do you think your contact at Urban Rest Stop would be willing to help recruit a few individuals to participate in a test run if we were to go "rogue"?

I agree with you, Sheikh, our "next week" trial was overly aggressive - I've pushed it out two more weeks.

Michael and I met on Monday - he's made great progress on the mobile client.  We now have work including interaction-design for the admin site to do.  @Andre - would be good to talk with you if you can help out with that aspect as well.
