Friends,
Ryan and I had a fantastic meeting yesterday with the folks over at Wing It Productions/Jet City Improv. They are very excited to partner up with us to conduct a trial run. They are fully aware they will be guinea pigs as we figure things out. At this point, the basic idea is to integrate our platform into their marketing campaign for an anniversary event in mid-May. QR codes would be included in their flyers, posters, signs, and potentially on stage during productions.
All donations collected will go to funding their outreach programs that offer classes to incarcerated and disadvantaged youth.
Clearly, before we make any type of commitment, we have much to discuss at this point. Mainly, how much time we're willing to put into this.
In other partner news - the meeting with Urban Rest Stop went very well, as well. Ronni invited us to present our idea to her entire staff this Friday at an all-hands meeting. The goal would be to get feedback and approval for recruiting individual homeless folks to participate in our original trial run idea.
I hope you can make tonight's meeting at StartPad at 5:30pm. For the few of you that can't make it tonight - I'll touch base with you individually afterwards.
Thanks,
Sheikh
