Streeme 0.4 is released!

Thanks to all the people who contributed to 0.4 - It has been great
seeing Streeme just getting better and better. I'll have to re-record
those homepage videos soon :)

Here's what changed in Version 4:

* Added a feature to resume playback of the last played song -
feature requires FFMPEG
* Added translation for Danish and Khmer
* Fixed Shuffle for SQLite and Postgres storage engines
* Increased the contrast of the shuffle button
* Strengthened security - denied all access to user config folders in
case of a botched install

To update to 0.4 just use tortoise or the SVN commands here:

There are database changes to speed up the sorting of your library,
but they are completely optional at this point.
