I am really enjoying Streeme - thank you!

> Is there a way to have the global search search all three panes (Artist, Title, and Album) - a la Winamp/iTunes so that the search pares down all the lists or at least have that as a setting?
> I am confused about the genre tags: out of 53000 songs (all tagged in iTunes and/or Amarok) I should have only 10 genres or so, but Streeme is showing a very full list with tags that I do not or shouldn't have. Most of my songs don't have a genre - like The Beatles have a blank genre.  So I opened up a song from The Beatles in VLC and under "Genre" is the tag "oldies" - even if i clear it in iTunes it shows up in Streeme and VLC as "oldies".  I can clear it in VLC but it is still in Streeme after a media scan.  The scan doesn't seem to reset the genres.

Thank you again!

Not yet. I never really understood this feature in iTunes, but I'm
sure it's not impossible to add.

The global search box already searches artist/album and title in the
desktop interface. In the mobile, the search will search within the
"card" you're viewing - eg hitting search on the artist card will
search artist names.

Huh.. it should do.. I'll do some testing on that and get back to you.

I do see that - but is it possible to narrow all three panes at once? As an example:  I have 10 versions of "Bach: Mass in B Minor".  The albums are named by conductor, i.e. "Bach: Mass in B Minor - Gardiner", "Bach: Mass in B Minor - Herrwege", "Bach: Mass in B Minor - Veldhoven", etc. All the versions have about 27 tracks each. So if I search for the values "Mass B Minor", I cannot start playing the "Bach: Mass in B Minor - Veldhoven" album without scrolling through the track list pages which may be on pages 3, 4, or 5.  If the "Album" pane reduced the list from the full list of albums to a narrowed list of albums containing "Mass" and "B" and "Minor" it would be easy to start the album. And if the "Artist" pane narrowed to include "John Elliot Gardiner", "Phillip Herwegge", "Joss Veldhoven", etc. as a result of the search values "Mass B Minor", that would make the selection easier too.  It just gives more power to the search feature and easy to navigate a larger music collection.

Would that not just require re-ordering the tracks in the search
result by song/album/artist name? You can also search within a
conductor or album by clicking on the side pane first then typing your
keywords next to the resulting album or artist id in the search box.
