great streaming solution:)
i would like to know if it's possible to setup a webradio on-demand
server (mp3/ogg) ?

It's not really set up to handle radio/public broadcast stuff.. I think you'd be better served with shoutcast and protocols meant for putting together programming. You might be able to use some of the libs in Streeme to build something cool of your own if you're feeling handy.
