Streamline 1.0 is out - it's a babel plugin now

Took quite some efforts to get there but I think that the babel move is the best that could happen to streamline.

I've tested on OSX and Windows but I may have missed something. So please submit issues if something does not work.

I had tested in a directory that had a node_modules/streamline as a sibling. So all my _node and _coffee tests were flawed.

I've just published an update which fixes these important features. See https://github.com/Sage/streamlinejs/releases/tag/v1.0.5

Quick update: it took a few iterations to converge on a release that works. But it should be there now (1.0.7)

I've also updated ez-streams. The latest from NPM (1.0.3) should work. It is also much lighter than the old one because the files are pre-compiled so it only requires streamline-runtime.
