-- US447: Added ability for Agents to update the tax information for
stations in order to allow for payouts.

-- DE162: Banner clicks on preview player now goes to new window.

-- US513: Updated demographic report.
-- US670: Improved monitor to check for filesync timestamp to use GMT
timezones.
-- DE160: Overview reports now contain full date display.
-- US672: Updated campaign limits logic to only limit the affected ad
type.
-- DE116: The ads view page will now display if the advertisement is
paused/stopped due to reaching a limit.
-- US482: Added ability to select campaign from “Advertiser Traffic

default to “Provider Campaign” selection.

-- US576: Fixed slow loading problem with “RecordSet ACL” for large
lists, especially for Agent list.
-- DE178: Fixed issue where ADMIN level agents editing ACL overwrote
ACL.
-- DE130: Fixed links from “Active Inventory Report” which reported
permission denied when clicked. (Link now disabled in those cases)
-- DE164: Fixed CMS background for Webkit based browsers.
-- DE179: Fixed problem where background color changes when banner is
loaded in ads list.

reports to all subscribed emails.
