stream-lib 3.0.0 released

Hello everyone,

Stream-lib 3.0.0 has been released. Most notable in this release is that the groupId for the project has changed to "com.addthis" and the artifactId has changed to "stream-lib". Package names within the project have not changed. So you can update your pom.xml or corresponding configuration file and you will not need any actual code changes. In this release there is a short change log. Heap usage of low-cardinality hllp counters has been improved. That's all the changes.
