Ready for next release?

Thanks to Sean Carr and a few others HyperLogLogPlus has had several bugs corrected in the last few weeks.  In addition to the HLLPlus improvements we've also removed the long range correction from HyperLogLog because it causes more harm than good.  At this point I think we are ready to cut a release of 2.3.0.  

I'd like to move the next version to 3.x because we need to make a few API changes for things like allowing clients to pass in their own hash values.  I'd be interested to know if anyone has thoughts about what we should focus on in the next release.
