When a user has not set their profile picture, leaderboard entries and athlete queries return following path: avatar/athlete/large.png or avatar/athlete/medium.png , but I have no idea how to retrieve actual placeholder image. Is it known how to use returned value and retrieve something like these:

https://d3nn82uaxijpm6.cloudfront.net/assets/avatar/athlete/large-63758b9942e3f074c3ecb84db07928ee.png (seems to be identical for all athletes without profile image, but is it guaranteed that these hash-like parts of URL will persist?)
https://www.strava.com/athletes/20436177/avatar?size=medium (grabbed from Flyby list, is this scheme guaranteed to work for all athletes?)

Thanks,

Don't know if it's officially supported or guaranteed not to change, but I use this for the default avatar image: http://d26ifou2tyrp3u.cloudf
