Activity Photos Upload via API ?

Hello,

Is there any news / information on ability to upload photos to a specific activity via the API.

Obviously this is being done for apps like Zwift, so just curious if there was any way to get access via API for other developers.

At this point the API Docs seem to only talk about getting listing of existing photos, as well as the Instagram integration, but would like to do it via API calls.

I'm fairly certain this has been asked before but has not seen it talked about recently.

Any details would be appreciated.
