Not receiving webhooks after July 1st at midnight CEST

I stopped receiving activity webhooks from Strava at midnight CEST last night. Users can still authorize their strava accounts to integrate with my app though which is good.

I checked the subscription and everything looked good, including the callback url. So I am not really sure what is going on. Perhaps the way webhooks work has changed?

I tried posting in another thread about this but my message was deleted immediately.

Is anyone else having issues with this? Any solutions?

Same issue. Webhooks not being received since around 30 June.

Our webhook had the same issue... we contacted Strava and they said that they had received several similar complaints. We provided our webhook subscription ID and Strava was able to re-enable the webhook subscription and we're receiving data now.

may I ask how you connect strava support team ?

they don't reply anything from support center on the web .
