"location_country" wrong on activities.

I have a problem, where i pull some activities and the location_country seems to be wrong.
I have multiple activities from various countries, but it only returns location as "Denmark" (my home country).
I read this https://groups.google.com/g/strava-api/c/a2Qr1r2sk7w/m/_WiAruabBgAJ thread, and it seems kinda old.
So is it really deprecated, and if so, why are the fields still being returned in the response?
