Quick, simple question - help please anyone

what is Strava looking for in {id} below.

Do they want the athlete_id  or is it an activity Id.  If it is an activity id, is there a list of id's somewhere???

Just check from https://developers.strava.com/docs/reference/#api-Activities-getActivityById

id     The identifier of the activity.

And yes, you can get list of user activities
