Real time data

Hi there,

Does anyone know, if there an API for real time GPS location and athlete performance data, i.e. real time tracking?  If so, what are the fields?

There is currently no public Strava API for realtime GPS location.

What's the difference between the "partner" and the regular API (besides the obvious extra resources available)?
