New API "List Segment Efforts" only showing efforts for authenticated user

The new API changes have broken my app. 

With the old API prior to January I could list segment efforts for all athletes with non private data. In this way I could build up counts for segments I was interested in. Now I am only seeing my own efforts

The new API doco says "Returns a set of the authenticated athlete's segment efforts for a given segment." 

The old API had no such restrictions

What is going on... the old documentation link is permanently redirecting to the new developers page as well. The Swagger API page authentication is also broken

Yep - this borked my application too. Annoying as I was building a really useful set of stats to advocate for trail funding.

This change has broken my app too.  This is a major change to a fundamental aspect of the API that many developers have been using for years.  The change is not even mentioned in the change log.  Could someone from Strava please let us know whether there are any plans to provide API access to a complete list of segment efforts?

Has anyone heard any more regarding this change? I was hoping to use it too. 

It seems like you cannot retrieve any information whatsoever about non-authenticated users anymore.

+1 to restore the the pre-Feb 2018 functionality. I wrote a Python application that I used for local trails and on-street bike facilities advocacy. No longer works-- I only see my personal activities and not the community's.
