Release 0.5 blog post draft

Hi,

those who closely monitor our activities have probably already seen that we've finally pushed the 0.5 release of Stratosphere.

I uploaded the artifacts to maven central and to GitHub.

To finalize the result and make it official, we'll post an announcement at our blog.

Some team members have drafted a blog post already, you can find the pull request here: https://github.com/stratosphere/stratosphere.github.io/pull/56

Please review the text and give feedback or approve the draft. If we have a final version, I'll post the article on the blog.

I'm still not sure if it is a good idea to mention the Apache Incubator in the announcement.

I would be in favor of it, because it directly relates to future releases (different name and umbrella).

But let's see what other people say.
