submarines - supply display

Ken,
There is a problem with the way supply areas are displayed for
submarines. When you click on the unit, it shows the areas that it
can move within supply. The problem is that it shows areas supplied
by ally supply ships as being "in supply". When you move into one of
these areas, they are not actually "in supply" and you are charged 2
mob for each step.
