Release 1.2.2
* Passengers on aircraft are not considered to be on board if that
aircraft is in
a sector that can refuel it. So if an aircraft in an airport is
destroyed, it won't kill any passengers.
* Players can now change their alliance vote between the time a game
is mapped and before it starts. This means that
alliances are now forbidden until a game starts.
* When switching the "Units" Tab, it is now automatically
refreshed. I hope this is an improvement, but I'm not sure yet.
* Added some youtube tutorial sites to the home page

Just watched all the tutorial videos, sir! Excellent job. Should
certainly help new players get their feet on the ground. Nice work.

Hey this is chuck. I have been wanting to play the game. But it won't let me open or download the game. I am using windows. What should I do?

You need to install a JVM, try

Hey chuck. Were you able to get install java? Were you able to get
in? Clicking "play" on http://www.strategicinitiative.org:8080/stratinit/docs/PlayPage?2
should do the trick if you have Java installed.
