Approximately 21 hours ago, the strategicinitiative.org server in Texas was rebooted by my ISP (RimuHosting).  I don't know why.  I'll let you know when I find out.

I have now restarted the game server and so you should be able to login and do your moves now.

Sorry about that.  Normally I catch outages like this quicker, but I'm on vacation this week and was caught in a thunder storm at the top of a mountain this afternoon.  Thanks to thegeneral for sending me a personal message letting me know of the outage.  We're in the middle of a severe thunderstorm here with no power so it was quite a challenge finding a way to connect to the server--but in the end I managed to get in and restart the server..
