My name is Kochei Albert,former student of Strathmore University ,B.Com (Accounting Option) class 2005/6

I have a calling to take National Leadership of this county,through Governorship of Elgeyo Marakwet County.I believe strongly that,it is only the youths of this country who will have the last word when it comes to FULL Implementation of the New Constitution.Devolution is about taking service delivery closer to the citizens,which includes leadership.

My Vision:To Raise an Empowered Community of People through a process of strategic PARTNERSHIP and PARTICIPATION.

My Leadership is anchored on 5 pillars:

1. Creating an Enabling Environment for both Internal and External Investors-
2. Development of Infrastructure-both soft like ICT,Intellectual Property as well as Hard -roads,health facilities,Water systems and environment.tourism
3. Security-No any investor will want to invest even a single dollar in unsecured environment.
4. Job Creation for the youths-EMC accounts for 73% as youths under 35yrs and majority have no steady source of income.
5. Turn-around on education -Education makes both the rich and poor equal.

It is in the view of the above that i am requesting for your FINANCIAL Support ,that will enable me to achieve my dream of improving the living standards of our people.
