Fw: Class of 2006 Reunion

Good morning people,

The communication below is a forward from the Alumni Relations Manager. 

From what I pick, we need to come up with the plan then inform them. We can loop them in so that we have representation from the alumni office as well as some publicity. Perhaps, part of the plans, we can get a guest speaker (that is if we are not holding the event in a bar somewhere) and they could assist us with this.

Ideas, comments and suggestions are highly invited.

Good morning,

Thanks a lot for your communication. I had a brief word with Felix Osiemo on the same earlier this year.

We had a dinner at SU for the Class of 2005. From our experience last year, the following are important things to work on:

1. Have a set date as early as possible - what do you think of June/July? December proved to be difficult for many last year.

2. Have the necessary contacts of all who graduated in 2006 - I am working on this and will share with you the contacts we cannot find.

3. Inform people in advance

Last years was a dinner which attendants paid KES 2000 each. We also had some faculty and Staff from 2005 around.

Feel free to share what you have in mind and we can work towards this.
