I thought this article recently published by MIT/Sloan was... well...
"Duh!" Did I miss any keen insight that folks haven't been talking
about for years.

The reality is the IT is from Venus and LOB is from Mars. We should
probably look to that piece of pop literature for the key to better IT
& LOB alignment...
