This is to inform you that an Emergency BOM Meeting has been scheduled to discuss the serious concerns raised regarding the plywood material used in the Facility Office carpentry work.

The meeting details are as follows:

Time: 8:30 PM.Venue-Vibes

Agenda:

• Review of the non-compliance observed in the plywood material supplied by the vendor.
• Discussion on the further course of action, including contractual matters and necessary corrective steps.

Considering the seriousness of the matter and the concerns regarding quality, specifications, and governance processes, all concerned members are requested to attend the meeting and provide their inputs so that an appropriate decision can be taken.

The vendor work shall remain suspended until further direction from the BOM.
