New AC procurement for Creche and vibes

Hi All,

Good morning.

We are planning to have 2 new ACs 1.5 Ton each for Creche and Vibes as a first step bypassing our old facility fix due to below reasons:

We have spent a lot to make them up in last 2 years but it gets breaking down on regular basis.

Old ac facility is almost 8 years old and having long copper wire connectivity which is increasing our electricity consumption significantly so we expect the electricity consumption will be reduced 

Residents facing issues frequently 

Due to this we thought to go by phase wise new ac installation 

Pl let me know if there is any concern

Today I have received a formal verbal complaint from a group of senior citizens about the condition of the AC in Baithak Khana. I would suggest you prioritize this too.
