For your kind information, as per our previous discussion, we are proposing the recruitment of one MST Staff, one Electrician, and one Plumber for general shift duties. The purpose and job profiles of these positions are detailed below:
1. MST Staff
The primary responsibilities of the MST Staff include:
Execution of common area maintenance and project work as per planned schedules.
Handling and management of tools and materials required for maintenance activities.
Maintenance of stock records and inventory details.
Assistance in plumbing and electrical maintenance whenever required.
Carrying out minor carpentry and civil-related works such as cutting, drilling, grinding, fixing, etc.
Maintaining necessary documentation, including logbooks, inventory records, and preparation of reports.
2. Electrician
The purpose of recruiting an Electrician in the general shift is to expedite the completion of planned projects while supporting regular maintenance activities.
Current and upcoming planned works include:
Replacement of all lobby light holders (completed up to Phase 4).
Replacement of staircase lights wherever required.
Replacement of parking area lights wherever required.
Replacement of street lights wherever required.
Replacement of garden lighting wherever required.
3. Plumber
The purpose of recruiting a Plumber in the general shift is to strengthen our plumbing maintenance team. as there are more complaints of plumbing issues in our society.
The key reasons are:
Frequent plumbing-related complaints from flats.
Seepage and leakage issues.
Common area plumbing maintenance requirements.
Water supply-related issues.
Additionally, I am planning to deploy one plumber in each shift primarily for routine monitoring and inspection of water supply valves and overflow valves, along with regular checking of all water tanks at scheduled intervals.
Salary Details
The proposed salary for the Electrician and Plumber will be as per the existing salary structure of our current Electrician and Plumber staff.
The MST Staff is a multi-skilled technician and is proposed to function as a Technician Team Supervisor. As he possesses an ITI qualification in Electrical Engineering, a salary of ₹15,000 per month is proposed in line with current standards.
Staff Details
The details of the proposed recruits are as follows:
MST Staff: Ramkrishna Mondal (Aadhaar Card copy attached)
Electrician: Rafik Ahamed (Aadhaar Card copy attached)
Plumber: Kalyan Barman (joining from 15th June; Aadhaar Card copy attached)

Just to be on the same page, regarding salary of MST staff, Rahul and Muzzafir called me and approx 14-15 k was proposed based on existing salary and skill, on both occasions I have asked them to reduce it as much as possible to keep it at par with our current plumbing staff salary. As per the approved manpower requirement, one MST staff joined on 19th May and has been performing his duties in the general shift timing from 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM.
His attendance has been duly recorded in the Technician Attendance Log Book as well as in MyGate. Now, Kutub Sir (AFM) requires your approval to regularize his attendance and proceed with the salary processing.
