Sir,

He currently do the work for Orchid drain pit connection after completing the same he will proceed for this work. The orchid drain work is take 3-4 days to complete, subjected to weather issue. Summer to main gate pipeline connection will definitely starts from Kolkata next week.

As per our previous discussion, we have to connect the newly constructed pit with the central main line pit. This connection is very important for proper water supply and maintaining an adequate drainage system. The rainwater drainage plan will become more efficient after completion of this work.
As this work was not included in the initial plan, we later added it to the vendor’s scope. Therefore, some additional work and materials are involved in this execution.
For this particular extra work, please find the attached copy of the quotation below for your reference.

Hi Rahul,

Approved for the additional work , however please confirm if this can be negotiated a little more. The vendor is getting quiet a few projects assigned.

@straoao  : Nimisha / Avik : the additional work is for connecting the pump with the main drain which goes towards Niagara and Victoria common road. By connecting this line, we will be able to pump out more water overall.
