Gardener vendor issue and payment

Dear MC,

In spite of repeated follow-up with Kutub, beautification committee didn’t receive any details of bill submission/payment status of Gardening Vendor. We are also not aware of the submissions of vendor bill submission status. 

 The billing should be routed through beautification team.

As part of the gardening WhatsApp group, You are aware that the vendor is supposed to provide 7 nos manpower on a daily basis as per their work order, which is not happening. So we should be deducting their monthly fees , no idea whether that is happening or not.        

Also, we have being asking Mr Suman Biswas to come for a meeting , which is not happening after repeated  reminders.

Request you the take up this matter on priority and also discuss in today’s meeting if required.

I will be able to update you on everything once the vendor submits their monthly bill to us. As of today, the vendor has not yet submitted their monthly bill. I will keep informing you as and when I receive updates from them. I have attached their attendance record for the previous month.
