Dear Office Bearers,

We are writing to follow up on the decisions made during our joint meeting on March 6, 2025, regarding the STR Arcade shops.
During that discussion, the committee committed to address several urgent infrastructure needs in our section, including:

Sanitation: Implementing continuous cleaning for the dilapidated toilets and common areas.
Ventilation: Installing exhaust fans and fixing first-floor windows to resolve severe airflow issues.
Aesthetics: Completing the promised beautification of the entrance and fenced areas.

While these essential upgrades remain pending, shop owners have noticed that a differential CAM rate is still being applied to the Arcade compared to residential owners.
Given that the promised amenities have not yet been delivered, we kindly request that the Arcade CAM be adjusted to the standard residential rate until these maintenance issues are fully resolved.

We appreciate your time, and efforts toward resolving these matters promptly to ensure a fair and safe environment for all owners.

Thanks & Regards,
Subhankar Pandey

Dear Sandip da,

As discussed with Arijit, I would request you to call for a meeting with Arcade Shop owners, in the presence of the BOM members, and take this ahead.
I have referred to our last meeting in early 2025, where several things were promised; however, no delivery so far.
Shop owners are ready to pay the differentiated CAM, only once these promises are delivered.
So, a quick meeting with all is critical to find a solution for all.

Thanks,
Subhankar
