Dear Facility Manager,
As you are aware, the residents stopped the vendor's work today due to concerns regarding the quality of the plywood being used, which does not appear to conform to the specifications outlined in the approved work order.
Under these circumstances, I request that no plywood or any other materials belonging to the vendor be removed from the work site until the matter has been thoroughly reviewed and investigated by the residents and the concerned authorities.
The use of materials that do not meet the agreed specifications constitutes a serious breach of trust. Therefore, to ensure transparency and facilitate a proper investigation, all materials currently at the site should remain in place until a final decision is reached.
Your cooperation in this matter is highly appreciated.
