As discussed with you that over the past few years, our residential complex Siddha Town Rajarhat has been experiencing recurring snake sightings within the premises. Recently, the frequency of these incidents has increased considerably. While we had mostly encountered non-venomous snakes earlier, we have now also sighted venomous species such as the Russell's Viper. For your reference, I am attaching a few photographs and video.

Thanks for sharing the details of the proposed snake search and anti-snake treatment drive. Before proceeding further we would appreciate some additional clarification from your end. 

1) As the proposed activity is planned as a one-day exercise, in your experience would a single-day snake searching and anti-snake treatment be sufficient for a residential complex of our size? As already mentioned ours is a large residential complex.

2l) Could you please elaborate on the expected effectiveness of this drive? Specifically, what outcomes can we reasonably expect in terms of reducing snake sightings and minimizing the possibility of snakes entering the premises?

3) In the event that a snake is sighted again within a few days or months after the drive, what would be the recommended course of action? Does your organization provide any follow-up support, emergency rescue services in such situations and are there any associated terms or charges ?
