This is regarding the security  services being provided by Aeon Security Services Pvt Ltd at Siddha Town, Rajarhat.

During our recent internal accounts reconciliation, we observed certain  backlog payments pending from the Association  .As of 6/06/2026  the outstanding amount stands at ₹913,325/-   for the period .

To ensure smooth continuity of services and accurate accounting, we kindly request you to:

1. Arrange clearance of the pending dues at the earliest. Please confirm the expected date of payment so we can update our records.

2. Share your updated vendor ledger/statement for our account. This will help us reconcile invoices, payments received, and TDS/adjustments from your end to avoid any mismatches.

This is regarding to our earlier mail requesting  release of hold up of services invoice amount  for the  services being rendered by  Aeon Security Services Pvt Ltd at Siddha Town, Rajarhat.

We would like to request your support for release of the following pending dues:

1. Hold-up Payment: Part payment for last 4  invoices  is currently on hold. The invoice along with service delivery details has already been submitted to your accounts team . We request you to kindly review and arrange for early release to ensure uninterrupted service continuity.

2. Bonus Reimbursement: As per handover discussion/contract terms, the bonus amount reimbursed by us to the outgoing security agency has been billed separately. The invoice with full supporting details and calculation sheet was submitted . We request you to process and reimburse the same at the earliest.
