Urgent – Unauthorized Use of Car Parking No. IV CP 30

Hi Security Team, Board member, and Service Manager,

I am writing regarding my assigned car parking space No. *IV CP 30*.Land Mark:- Lily Security Guard point. 

Due to my father’s/in-laws’ emergency medical condition, I have had to visit my flat unexpectedly and at irregular intervals. Because of this, I haven’t had the chance to speak to the Siddha office in person.

In the last few days, both a relative and senior colleagues who are also Siddha residents have informed me that my parking space was occupied. Can you please confirm why others are using my space without my permission?

I pay my quarterly maintenance on time for proper upkeep of my flat and parking, and I expect not to face this kind of harassment.

*Immediate requests:*

1. Please send me a current photo of parking space IV CP 30 showing that it is free and unobstructed.

2. Kindly border the entire parking area with a marker pen and mark : *“Under Orchid 301 – NOT FOR OTHERS.”*

I request immediate action on this matter to prevent further misuse.

Dear Arijit, 

Reminder 1: My parking space *IV CP 30* near Lily Security point is being illegally occupied by elderly residents with fan/table/chairs. This is without my permission.

This is unethical. In my absence, why is no action being taken?

My parents/in-laws have medical needs. I don’t want any harassment or inconvenience for my parents, child or relatives during visits.

*Do this immediately:*

1. Clear IV CP 30 fully all persons and articles by tomorrow, no single thing. 

2. Send me a current photo of the empty space

3. Tell security to mark it: *“IV CP 30 – Under Orchid 301 – NOT FOR OTHERS”*

I am monitoring this with senior colleagues. No further encroachment will be tolerated. Please confirm once done.

Dear @Sailendra (Security Officer) / Lily Security team, 

Attached current photo for your reference.

Once again, An unauthorized car is occupying my allocated parking place - IV CP 30.

As the Security team, it is your responsibility to prevent the unauthorized use of private parking place and ensure to clear my parking place by tonight so that I don't need to face any harrasment during my visit. Kindly resend me a photo after clearing. 

@Arijit Mukherjee - please take a permanent action on the unauthorized use of parking place by siddha residents and no prevention by security team.
