Hello, strange has ability to add mediators without gameobject is not active in hierachy . can u made a this as feature? 

for ex: if i have one popup gameobject instantiated at the start and it is setactive false initially. if mediator also attached at the same time, so that i can use signal to enable that view automatically. 
I changed some of framework code in abstractmediator class ,  but i am getting problms. can pls add this as feature. so that it is helpful for our big project.

So the real issue here is figuring out when to call this. At what point do we know this game object exists and should interact with strange? We wrangle the awake and start calls for this very reason. I have no interest in iterating your hierarchy to find all existing children and checking to see if they should be mediated. That could destroy startup times for larger projects that use strange in a small way (e.g. only UI).

I'm sure that for your use-case you could do this, and I'd be happy to help you do that. But there isn't another way of knowing that an existing inactive gameobject should be mediated without it telling us, and I don't particularly want to change that aspect of strange without some good convincing, first.
