Hi guys

Below is the suggestion on logistics for cars etc.



Myself and/or Rutger can pick up Jeroen. Marcus if you're ok with it I would recommend that we use a local taxi company to pick you up (should cost about 50 euros).

Ranadip I suggest you rent a car.

We can then split the cost of ferrying people around etc as appropriate.

Hi all

The address is Le Moulin 11410 Sainte Camelle.

Car's have been booked to pick up Jeroen and Marcus. Everyone else I am assuming is getting there by themselves.

Please bring swimming towels, everything else will be available in the house.

Hi all,

What a great weekend - thank you all for coming, really enjoyed it. Tero you were hugely missed buddy.

Attached is a starting point for netting the amounts we spent. If my logic is wrong please feel free to challenge.

I have put in the amount for the big Intermache shop that I did, along with some bread etc I bought and I have split this across the three days assuming we consumed 30% on the Friday between 5 of us, 50% on the Saturday between the eight of us and 20% on the Sunday. I've also added the 80 euros for the cleaner and split that across all of us.

Please add in anything you spent on food/drink/charcoal etc. and split it across.

We can then transfer whatever is owed at the end.

I've kept all in euros.

Good choices on the wine guys - my father just go out to France and asked me to pass on the below:

Please thank everyone for the three very exciting bottles of wine, which really are far too generous

Make sure you include the cost of them in the netting spreadhseet so I can chip in.

Yes James, the pleasure was ours! 

Marcus, I think it’s a good plan to meet once a year. Everyone may not be available every year but on the whole spending a weekend together can be a very good way of keeping the group together! 
Can I take the liberty to propose a couple of date options: the weekend of 22nd-23rd Aug OR 29th-30th Aug (31st Aug is a bank holiday in UK). (Trying to steer clear of school day Fridays.)

actually your sheet James makes sense...easier to use that than updating the old online sheet
I thought I made some expenses but can't find receipts so I've got nothing to add

anyone else need to add anything or is this it?

​cheers, I know that there was a big shop on Saturday by some people and Marcus had some expenditure as well I think.


Whoever spent anything (and from my perspective feel free to estimate if you can't remember the exact amount) then add it into the spreadsheet and we can work out a practical netting arrangement.


Had such a good time guys, Marcus can you send some of your photos around when you get a chance.

Hey Guys, sorry for my late reply... I only have my blackberry with me... so, I cannot edit the Excel worksheet this weekend... 
My only expenses were:
*77 euros to be split among everyone
*100 euros to be split among everyone, except the James and Val (as the hosts)

I will upload the pics as soon as I have a chance.
