STPS Annual Board Elections - Missing Newsletter / Ballot

The STPS newsletter Turtle Talk was mailed out on October 31, 2012. It
contains your ballot for the upcoming STPS Board Elections to be
conducted at the STPS Annual Membership Meeting held at the Melbourne
Beach Community Center on December 8th beginning at 6:00 PM.

Your official ballot is included in this newsletter on the page
opposite your mailing label.

Since we use BULK MAIL to send out the newsletter, occasionally copies
can get lost in the mail. If you do not receive your ballot please
email (ST...@seaturtlespacecoast.org) or call (321-676-1701) the STPS
Sea Turtle House and we will mail one to you. You must be an STPS
Member “in good standing” to be eligible to vote.

There are currently 4 open board positions. Brandon Smith will not be
seeking re-appointment and Ursula Dubrick will not be seeking
reelection. Mark Petrillo and BJ Varuska are seeking reelection.
Members Mary Bowman, Debby Livingston and Aaron Simonton are
interested in obtaining seats on the Board.

candidate resumes published in the newsletter.

Ballots mailed-in must be postmarked by November 29th. Ballots can be
hand delivered to the STPS Turtle House between 11:00 – 5:00 PM Monday-
Saturday on or before December 1st. Additionally, they can be carried
in to the December 8th meeting and tabulated there. No ballots will be
available at the meeting.
