Just wanted to confirm the question you had last night.

1) Will all cakes/desserts be "cut" for the bake sale? There was one cake I agreed to place in the silent auction from a couple who attend the 8:00 o'clock service. Since we are not having a live auction we really don't need to sell whole desserts. I'm trying to make sure we don't offend anyone by cutting and serving something they donate. We can accept a few desserts but I would recommend Mrs. Davis include them in the silent auction. Which means we need advance notice of the item to prepare a bid list.

2) Silent Auction / Bake Sale. Mrs. Davis had volunteered to make bid list and coordinate the silent auction. Stephanie has been coordinating bake sale and sign up sheets.

3) Door Prize. I'll donate the Ipod shuffle.

If we could communicate the need for volunteers to work the bake sale, take money at the door, serve tea & water, make to go plates, work the serving lines. The men's group may be sponsoring the event, but it is a Church fund raiser which all will benefit.

Updated spreadsheet to follow from meeting last night.
