Dear Professional Associates
I am sharing 2 small incidents, which will be useful for students & job seekers.
Small beginning leads to a Wonderful Career !

Learners are Winners!!!
Following are inspiring stories of 2 strong ladies who became achievers with lot of grit, ability to work hard & a deep sense of commitment.
In 2004, a lady known to me, a graduate in her mid 40"s , wanted a job. She did not work anywhere & was keen to do something. My childhood friend Koka Ramana informed mw that a medium sized Engg company was looking for a senior lasy for an Admin position. I told her to meet tham. She joined n the Admin dept in that company. In 2 yrs, she learnt quickly what all the things are needed to deliver & she won the best employee award. Management & staff were surprised & delighted with her performance. After that, she joined in another major institution & worked for a while. Now she is on her won earning almost 50K per month. Her Career is set & she is a major contributor to her family .
Next, another lady in late 20"s, came to Hyd form a district & was working as a Coordinator with an NGO for a small salary. She had some issue with the job & came to me 4 years ago. I asked her to meet Dr AR Aryasri, Director my friend at JNTU. She met him & was offered a contract Job . Later, she was confirmed & JNTU offered her full time employment. She is happy with the Job , package & is able to support to her family comfortably.
So, all Job seekers & students can do the following.
1. Make a start. Take the first job that comes to you.
2. Salary is not important.Look for a learning environment.
3. Quickly grasp what is required , seek knowledge, put in tremendous efforts, long days & know how to do the job.
4. Avoid politics & diversions.
5. Be focussed.
6. One job will lead to the next best Job,,,it goes on,,,,
7. Experience is Platinum.
Career grows steadily & progress in Life is a certainty..
