Incorrect tweet formatting

Storytlr seems to get confused importing tweets with a URL that contains '#'. For example, I tweeted this:

I just scored 48,707 in @SugarRushApp! How high can you jump? http://sugarrush-app.com/#C591

In Storytlr, it gets displayed as:

I just scored 48,707 in @SugarRushApp! How high can you jump? C591" rel="nofollow" target="_blank">http://sugarrush-app.com/#C591

However, if I edit that item, it shows the correct text, so it seems to be an output formatting issue. It occurs with all themes.
