Storytlr configuration on Vagrant

Hello all.

This mailinglist might not be the right place, but I thought I'd
notify any interested parties that I've written a installation shell
script for Storytlr designed for use with virtual machines managed by
Vagrant.

I've written it to allow me to hack on Storytlr without messing up the
various Apache settings on my local and host machine.
