How do you register your own SM registries in the TestContext
container?

I would tell you not to.  Look at the new ISystem interface.  I'd recommend letting your Fixtures only interact with application services from the ISystem, and use ITestContext strictly for passing around state and test specific services.  We only register selenium infrastructure for the most part.

That's exactly what I'm looking at doing.

Are there any gotcha's I should out for concerning STA Apartment State or multi-threading issues with selenium. We are using WatiN right now and it would be really nice to only have to spin up the the browser once and close it at the end.  

Maybe you possibly shoot me a snippet? I'm sure spin up wouldn't be to far off of what you guys are doing with selenium.
